As a new year starts, plenty of people have made their own resolutions and goals they want to achieve this year. One goal of mine was to relaunch my blog, and become a better blogger as a whole.
I relaunched on January the 1st, and to become a better blogger, I want you to be able to really get to know me, Lily, the girl behind the blog.
So without further ado, here’s 12 things you (probably) didn’t know about me:
As this is my first Christmas blogging, this is my first ever post of the type and I’ve read soooo many good ones already. Maybe it’s because I’m secretly a nosey B, but I love seeing what new products people are buying, so I’m jumping on the bandwagon and showcasing what I got for Christmas this year.
2017 is almost upon us, and I’ve already seen a handful of people planning their New Years resolutions. I’ve tried to keep and stick to them, failed, tried again, failed again, over and over, and now I’ve kinda just given up altogether.
Instead, I’ve compiled a 2017 Bucket List of things I want to see/do/accomplish next year:
After having received such great feedback from he first edition of Behind the Blog, I’m excited to introduce my new guest for December: Gemma from An Ocean Glimmer – let’s meet her now!
“I am Gemma, the blogger behind An Ocean Glimmer, a beauty and lifestyle blog. I’m based in Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City. Alongside my blog, I am a full time University student currently studying Journalism as well as working part-time as a Sales Assistant. I have been blogging for about five years now, but I started weekly blogging just a couple of months back.”
I’ve now been blogging for about a month, and I’m loving every minute if it – the blog chats, tags, the support and, of course, the fun. But whilst I’m still a relatively new blogger, I’ll be the first to admit that I pretty much suck at blogging.
Consistency, content, photos, social media – yep, I fail at them all. I get a day when I’m so inspired I could write and write and write, then… nothing. I’ll have a crappy day at work, come home, change into my pyjamas, drink some wine and decide to become a hermit for the evening.
